For Blessings to find you – Sis. Stella Dhinakaran

“Good will come to those who are generous and lend freely, who conduct their affairs with justice.” (Psalm 112:5)
My precious child of God, I am very glad to share God’s word with you. Today, we are going to meditate on Psalm 112:5, which says “Good will come to those who are generous and lend freely, who conduct their affairs with justice.” Yes, good comes to a person who is generous and just. The Lord is full of these qualities. Those who follow him carefully and obey him in everything will also receive the same blessing.

Let us look at the life of David. He was one of the greatest kings of Israel. He was called the man after God’s own heart. The Bible describes how David ruled over Israel. If you read II Samuel 8:15 and I Chronicles 18:14, the verses say: “David reigned over all Israel, doing what was just and right for all his people.” Do you know how and why David had these qualities in his life? It is because he loved the Lord and followed his ways. Therefore, David’s life was very blessed and stands as an example even today.
My beloved child, even you have to do these two things – love the Lord with all your heart and follow his ways. With doing this, you will be granted these two divine qualities. Ephesians 2:4 says “God is rich in mercy because of his great love with which he loved us.” We should have the same mind. This is what we read in Philippians 2:5 “have the same mindset as Christ Jesus.” Yes my beloved, you should have the same mind of Jesus Christ. If you read Psalm 135:14, it says “For the Lord will vindicate his people and have compassion on his servants.” The Lord is ready to bestow these two beautiful qualities in your life too. You can become like Jesus with these two qualities – generosity and justice. Today, the Lord is going to grant them to you. You are going to receive them and shine for the glory of God.
Prayer:
My loving heavenly Father,

Thank you Lord for your wonderful presence. Today, as I meditated, bless me with your two beautiful qualities. Let me have a generous mind and justice. May I be like you as you were when you were in this world. Change my life and bless me. Give me a life full of justice. Thank you Lord.

In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
